These terms apply to your use of Offset and this companion website.

App licence

Offset is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate custom agreement is presented with the app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Acceptable use

You may use Offset for personal, lawful entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt the app or website, bypass platform protections, or use the product in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

Offset and this website may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable. Game progress is stored locally, so removing the app may permanently remove that progress.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable Australian consumer law.
